Education and Skills

I have always been a someone who loves to learn. I believe that knowledge is the true equalizer in society and the path to a better, equitable society for all. My thirst for knowledge is usually focused on technology and my career, but I also use it for DYI projects as well. For instance, I recently installed my own grid-tied solar array on my house including all the permitting and electrical code requirements. This ability to learn and apply is why I am always confident when given a project that involves technology that is new to me. I also love to empower others through mentorship and teaching.

I have had the Cloud Practitioner certification from AWS for 4 years.

I have had by CCNA in Routing and Switching, now Enterprise Networking for 17 years.

Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)

I have had the SSCP from ISC2 for 16 years.
